Let’s say you have a goal to do jogging three times per week. Or that jogging it is an activity you need to do, in order to reach your weight reduction goal. By using this tool it is easy for you to see if you are “on track”.

At the same time you can write yourself small reminders, like:

“Don’t watch television more than 2 hours per day!”

“Remember to flush your teeth”

“Go to bed before midnight”

If you follow these affirmation, by taking daily small steps, they might become regular habits to you before you know it! You evolve and grow as a person.

But please remember: changes take time. Don’t get discouraged, if you catch yourself slipping. Just take some corrective action or actions and put yourself “back on track”.
