Manage Email
Email Management is an Essential Time Management skill
Storing all your emails in your Inbox is roughly equal to a situation where you would store all your normal mail in your letter box. If we forget that it is physically impossible, you wouldn’t do it, would you?

From where does all these emails keep coming?
Still, when you discuss about email with friends and colleagues, the situations you hear about seem to be quite irrational. You may also yourself be guilty of one or more of the following bad characteristics of email management:
- The Inbox contains thousands of emails
- Emails get lost or finding them later takes a lot of time
- The Inbox is used as some kind of task list for uncompleted tasks
- The Inbox contains many emails that required an answer, but they are still not responded to
- OR EVEN: There are unread emails from many weeks back
It is unnecessary to say that under such circumstances it is impossible to be efficient and productive. If you are serious about improving your time management, one of the things you should take a look at is the way you manage email.
